Optometry is the science of eye and vision care. Dr David Hillel Burns is happy to have been an optometrist since 1974, mostly in North London in his own clinic and also in hospital work. In 2011 he opened his practice in East Finchley, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for clear and accurate diagnosis and attention.
The practice, David Hillel, exists to make the best of the eyesight, to maintain it and to preserve it. David’s purpose is to keep the eyes working comfortably and to ease any problems and medical concerns with them. The practice supplies normal and special spectacles and contact lenses, carefully produced to suit individual requirements.

Meet Bela, your practice partner
Bela recently joined the practice as a new partner, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in optics. She has been a qualified Dispensing Optician since 2004 and also has many years of management experience, with a strong focus on providing patients with excellent care and service.
Bela joined the practice as a practice partner at the beginning of November and is really looking forward to getting to know our patients and continuing the friendly, personal care the practice has always been known for.
